What is your first memory of baking/cooking on your own?
Laughing: I tried to make a roast when I was 13 or 14, and had to call my mom at work every 15 minutes: What temperature? just put it in the pan? how long does it cook for? whats that smell?
I was so proud of myself, it turned out Black, Dry, and tasting like a combination of Olive oil and Windex... My Roasting skills have improved over the years.

I can tell you what the biggest let down is.... those damn spatulas... don't even get me started!!!

Why don't you show us pictures of your food.
Don't be a mean and explosive chef like Ramsey. He scares me. I like Ming because he is so soft spoken and not bad looking. Ha!
